Self-care starts here.
There’s no true one-size-fits all. Each person has experiences, feelings, and needs that are unique to their True Self. We will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that will help you achieve an intuitive relationship with food, free from fear of food and body obsession.
Freedom is on the horizon.
Our culture today is externalized to the extreme. The idea that success is defined by what we accomplish, what we accumulate, and what we look like is inscribed everywhere—forcing our internal power and external image to become entwined.
Freedom from these false ideas of success is possible. We understand that everyone sometimes needs some support to get there. Whether you’re within, below, or above an “ideal” body weight range and whether you’re struggling with restriction or loss of control around food—We are here to help.
We work with clients from many different backgrounds and at all stages of the following disorders:
Anorexia Nervosa/”Atypical” Anorexia
Bulimia Nervosa
Orthorexia
Binge Eating Disorder
Unspecified Eating Disorders
Body Dysmorphia
Night Eating Syndrome
Purging & Rumination Disorders
Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder
Exercise Compulsion
Exercise Resistance
Body Image Challenges
Other Specified Eating Disorders
What to expect.
Through recovery you’ll learn how to nourish yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually in order to become your most empowered and authentic self. While your treatment plan will be uniquely yours, every client can expect the following.
1. Initial nutrition assessment.
The first step is getting to know each other. During your nutrition assessment, we’ll explore your unique needs and where you’re at in your journey.
2. Individualized treatment plan.
The next step is for us to create an individualized treatment or meal plan based on insights gained during your nutrition assessment.
3. One-on-one sessions.
Based on your plan, we’ll schedule one-on-one sessions as frequently as needed. You’ll learn about nutrition, increase awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, identify triggers, discover new ways of coping, and so much more.
4. Support between sessions.
We’re in this journey together. We offer support between sessions, from supportive texts to grocery and meal support.
5. Communication between providers.
Alignment between providers is an important aspect of effective recovery. With your consent, We will coordinate with your physician and therapists.
6. Resources for improved well-being.
The ultimate goal of treatment is improved self-care and well-being. We will make sure you have all the tools to achieve this goal, from psychoeducation on eating disorders to recommended reading and activities.
You’re worth investing in.

We currently accept several insurances including CenCal, Medicare, CCPN, Aetna, United Healthcare, Health Net, CalViva and others. Even with these plans, there are often coverage limitations.
