I’m Arisahi Crane, MS, RD

Hello! I’m Arisahí Crane, a dedicated dietitian with a deep love for my work. I was born in the lively culture of Puerto Rico as the oldest of five granddaughters and have always been seen as a role model by my family. In 2015, I moved to the United States, specifically to South Carolina, where I met my wonderful husband. We now live in Georgia, sharing our home with our adorable seven-year-old Bichon mix rescue dog, Casper.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a dietitian for Georgia Public Health in the WIC Supplemental Program, providing crucial nutritional support for women, infants, and children. I’ve also conducted numerous nutrition talks at local senior community centers, something I thoroughly enjoy. My passion for nutrition goes beyond science; it’s about understanding the cultural and personal impact of food. Coming from a Hispanic heritage where food is central to our culture, I bring a unique perspective to my work. I understand the intricate relationship between our food choices and their effects on our bodies. I firmly believe in providing quality care for all and practice an empathic approach where everyone is treated with respect and kindness, regardless of their background. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my family, exploring the great outdoors through camping or hiking, visiting local farmers’ markets, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I love meeting new people, getting lost in adventure and fantasy books, and yes, I do enjoy a good reality TV show now and then.

Being fluent in Spanish and English, I bring a wealth of experience, cultural understanding, and a genuine desire to help others on their journey towards better health. I’m here not just to provide professional guidance, but also to listen and walk with you on your path to healing.
